Re: Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Same problem.  Happened with two different weapon mods yesterday.

Rapid fire on SE-44C sharpshooter.  It shows just like everyone else in this thread that its done.  Its greyed out.  But I can't claim it and obviously I don't have  the mod.  

About ten minutes later I finished the last officer mod I needed to unlock.  I needed two more kills for the S-5 to unlock that sharp shooter.  That one worked fine.  

Then later that evening I unlocked second weapon for assault, then a little later I got the first mod on the second assault mod and that one just like the officer one won't unlock.  

Very frustrating.  So I now have two different mods that I have fulfilled the requirements for and can't use.  

I am having similar issues claiming the reward for a completed milestone. I feel I have taken all the "usual" steps to work around this issue short of uninstalling/reinstalling the game. What is strange is that so far it is just these two. I have completed other milestones and weapon mods and were able to claim those prizes. As you can tell by the screencaps I hope to attach, I have completed the milestones, they are selected, but the button to claim is greyed out or otherwise not clickable. My guess is that it has something to do with the reduction in kills for the milestone from last patch. There are several Facebook groups I am in that have users reporting similar issues with the IQA-11 in particular.

I'm sure you've seen that there are now dozens and dozens of reports of this same issue newly occurring since Friday. It seems to be a widespread issue affecting multiple different milestones across all regions and platforms. Could you give us word on what can be done to address this? Is a hot fix possible or will it have to be addressed with a patch? We appreciate your attention to this issue and thanks in advance, cheers.

Update: I completed a different milestone and yes i was able to collect my reward, but i still cant collect the rewards from the three milestones i did before...
