I have grinded three gun mods that greyed out on me when I went to collect them. I have since been able to redeem other achievements and gun mods and have a theory about what may cause my glitch.
When I return to the lobby screen between multiplayer games (the screen that shows your performance during the game, standing etc), if I hit the B button to back out to the main menu so I can go redeem something I've unlocked, my lobby screen goes black very briefly and then resets and repeats the game tally (the XP bar fills, the credits won totals again). It appears like the game has ignored my command to quit to the main menu. Instinct is always to hit B again, but all that does is reset the screen and begin the tallies again. Eventually the game does recognize the quit and I end up in the main menu. But whenever I've hit the B back button more than once in the Lobby screen, the achievement I know I completed, it is greyed out.
But if I just hit the B button once in the Lobby and wait, the game does eventually return me to the main menu (although for a second, you will think you are about to begin the new round).. Every time I have been patient and not hit B button more than once, the achievement has been waiting for me to unlock.
Still have the three greyed out weapon mods. Very frustrating.
Has anyone else noticed the same glitchy lobby screen quitting business? Feel like it began happening after the big update.
I am on XBox One.
