I had exactly the same thing occur to me on PS4 last week, but quitting it 'fixed' it and I haven't had it happen again since.

I also forgot to link another report about this issue here, so these can be merged. Although this one got's EA's response, the other one was easier to search, so another reason to merge these: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/HvV-bug-with-8-player-team-lobby/m-p/8126570This bug has got worse. Usually it's on 1 map that gets affected the whole night I play but tonight it happened on 3 maps. So basically when this bug happens u can't play any of these maps all night!
