I am in the same situation, I pre-ordered on september 30th but there is no beta in Origin. I´ve tried email, but it keeps loading and loading, and I´ve been waiting for a chat for and hour and no one answer me.

I would love to send them a proper report but your EA help website is down. Maybe you guys need to look into what's causing this issue because I had the same thing happen to me with my headstart on another one of your games.

Now they have my ticket marked as resolved, differently not resolved. It will also not let me make a new ticket, gets stuck when trying to submit the form.

The beta isn't showing up in Origin for me either. I tried to chat with the tech support and they said I have to wait until the 6th even though I preordered it before the cutoff date. Those * said they can't add it on their end and they won't send me a beta code. Thanks for nothing EA I can already tell how this game is going to turn out with the shady past and bad experiences Ive had with every battlefield and battlefront title they have released.

Yeah, there do not have permissions which is really what this issue is. Not sure why they would make is so difficult to add the permission to my account for the beta, or at the very least give me a beta key. NOPE, this issue can only be handled by there advance team by using the form that currently doesn't work. Other point in fact, why would you not allow your basic tech support guys to resolve this issue? Instead, you have to send a carrier pigeon over the advance team who is Bunker somewhere deep within Area 51 out of contact with the rest of the world, hoarding the TOP SECRET beta keys/permissions.
