Ok. Well i pre-ordered on september 30th which should allow you to get the beta today on the 4th, but it's not in my library and i apperantly didn't get it....

I am in the same situation, I pre-ordered on september 30th but there is no beta in Origin. I´ve tried email, but it keeps loading and loading, and I´ve been waiting for a chat for and hour and no one answer me.
Got it! I was following the steps but the email was never send in Chrome nor Firefox. Use EDGE in PC and solved in few minutes!:eahigh_file:

Hello, I pre-ordered the 29 of september from Origin, when I try to find my code I just can't get it, I've followed all the steps that are indicated but none of them work can you help me?
I would love to send them a proper report but your EA help website is down. Maybe you guys need to look into what's causing this issue because I had the same thing happen to me with my headstart on another one of your games.
Now they have my ticket marked as resolved, differently not resolved. It will also not let me make a new ticket, gets stuck when trying to submit the form.
