I've looked at it, but this one feels pretty straightforward, I didn't have trouble finishing it, only the timer went under 5 seconds at times. Your maneuverability vs. their regular troopers is key.
You're given loads of buffs - you know exactly where your enemies are, and your abilities recharge quickly, just spam your rocket launcher while flying. Use up the extra gained time to heal up on rooftops, and actively track your enemies while doing so - when you're done, just fly out in their direction with the rocket launcher equipped. Sometimes they even group up and you can get 2-3 kills with one rocket.
Use your main gun against Assault and Officer classes only - Heavies and Specialists are likely to put up their shield, and you'll 1) overheat while shooting at them and 2) other mobs will rush you while you're preoccupied with the shielded enemy.
