Removed Games from account that were bought

Hello, I recently logged into my EA account and it is telling me two games have been removed from my library for an "unlisted" reason. These are games that I have had on there for a long time and were bought and paid for. The games in question are Command and Conquer remastered collection and Star Wars Battlefront 2. Command and Conquer Remastered Edition I purchased on November 30, 2022 and Battlefront 2 I received from Epic on January 17, 2021. I have searched high and low on how to contact EA or put a ticket in to fix this issue and I constantly get the run around. I have been trying to figure it out for over a day now. It is insanely frustrating that two of my games were simply removed from my library for no reason, but then I cannot even send a ticket in to get it resolved. I have never seen it so difficult, and a company so obviously make it difficult, to send in a ticket or get a matter resolved.
