i was playing a game of multiplayer battlefront II today when my account suddenly wiped it said that some of the characters weren't available and that they were locked my characters still have there levels but i cant use the cards or any skins i unlocked i play on ps5 and have no idea how this happned can i have some help because i spent a lot of time on this game nad enjoy playing with friends
Why are Ability cards, Anakin, Obiwan, Dooku, Grievous, and Solo Movie Faclon locked? I thought it was because of corrupt saved data. Are you fixing this problem?!
Same here, weapons, ability cards are gone but levels still here. Grievous, obiwan, dooku and anakin are locked.
Alright so I just logged into my Battlefron 2 acc and everything exept the lvl on my caracters is gone. All skins, emotes, all card collections and all progress. How do I get help to fix this? I've tried waiting in que to talk to someone that was supposed to take 30mins.... I waited an hour and still never got to talk to anyone.... I have years of gameplay on the game and I really need help with this...

I just started bf2 to play some co-ops but all my progress is gone. All of my unlocks, skins and charachters are gone. I still have the lvls on my heroes even though they are not unlocked anymore.
The same issue, I tried repairing the game, and they came back once. Then I got timed out and logged back in and can't access any upgrades. Everything is showing, but you can't assign cards or weapons.
A similar thing happened to me. I just got done playing a round of supremacy and since it is may 4th I wanted to see if there was any random unlocks. Unfortunately once I went to my collections, general grievous, obi-wan, anakin, and dooku all appeared as locked. I closed the game and reopened it and now, not only were the characters locked, but all my credits and star cards had disappeared too. I restarted the game once more, the characters became available again, I’ve still got all my level progress, but my credits and star cards were still gone!! Huh???

@Babalooshka1That’s also what happend to me when I turned on battlefront 2. My earned Crystals are gone, my unlocks are gone, my scores, my characters ( grievous, Obi-wan, count dooku, and anakin) become unavailable, even the millennium Falcon(Lando and L3-37) and all my unlocked skins are gone. But almost everything else fine, but that still made me upset losing my progresses.
All of my progress, Star cards, credits and crystals are gone. Including my Rey and Kylo pre order skins?? EA better do something about it because ain’t no way they can just allow my pre order skins to be taken away

I have the classes lvl, but cards are all locked again, no points and cannot even choose cards.Same here, sadly ;(

But now the question remains, how to unduck this situation?
Same with me. I logged on and joined supremacy and had all my skins and weapons but no star cards so I quit the game and and closed the app on ps5 and when I opened it right back up I had just my level but no weapons or cards or skins.

Hi thought I had an answer for you , I deleted the game and reloaded which took 2.5 hrs . Reloaded and I had all my guns and cards .
played 1 game fine , 2nd round 10 mins later all guns locked 😡
Same here for me all my progress has been wiped. Also my pre order skins have gone too

Mine as well is gone. I had everything unlocked and have been playing since launch, now it's all gone. I also have over 2k hours in the game and was looking forward to May 4th events. And since all my classes are max level, I cannot unlock the star cards with skill points.... I hope this is just a bug and will be gone tomorrow..
@EA_Illium CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL EA EPLOYEES ! THE BEST MAY THE 4TH FOR SW FANS !!! Quitting a game with the biggest fan base and a lot of potential.... Now can`t even deliver ONE DAY of good performance for all it`s owners. Frustrated .
you can easely fix the problem on pc and there are also methods for console that i don't know about like re-installing the game worked for some people, and for me it was just turning off my pc flipping the power switch for 16 mins and restarting battlefront 2

Hi, I have recently transferred my save data from PS4 to PS5 and all my cards have been reset to level 1 as well as all my in-game currency being set to 0. Any advice?
Ditto. Random if the cards show or not. Earned a skill point but couldn't apply it too
