I’m confused on how to fix this issue because I literally tried everything like restarting my console and restarting the game but it still won’t make me get these even though I’m above the level cap for star cards can someone help explain on how to fix this issue

I have the same issue. Playing this game very often, and today, for the first time in 4 years, my account is fully erased. The Grievous, Anakin, Count Dooku, and others. The cards are locked... What a shame... I thought I was the only person having this issue, and thought that I was hacked for a second...

• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Specific progress. Star cards are locked. Credits and crystals are missing. Grievous, Obi-Wan, Dooku and Anakin are locked, as well as Lando's Falcon. Pre-order bonuses have been revoked.

Edit: I had played several matches of both co-op and HvV beforehand with all of my things still there, but suddenly as I finished up a HvV match I find everything is gone.

no credits, characters are locked, no cards unlocked and I’ve been playing this for years

yea same here was tryna play with my cousin but i log on and it was gone My PSN EA is BedlessBiscuit

Please help fix this...of all days to go down.
