Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

I am experiencing the same proggress isue

I'm  on Xbox

My old gamertag is Darthshawn10 (New one is Duskcosmog

I did not get any error messages

I can provide a screen shot but There is no need to

I Have 0 credits and crystals, a couple of heroes are not unlocked. It kept my achievements, rank, and character levels but I have no star cards. Pleas help

  • All the levels are there and correct but all the characters and star cards are locked and progressing does not unlock them

  • NO ID error or anything 

Same thing here, on PC just logged in and all my star cards, all the post launch heroes and currency are just gone, can't access them, but levels and appearances are still set, so my account hasn't been reset on the whole. Just what I listed before.

Specific progress: As mentioned, star cards, currency and heros including anakin, obi-wan, dooku, grevious and the solo falcon. But levels remain and cosmetics are still equipped

Hello EA, I'm having the problem everyone else is having currently and I play on PC with the gamer tag AlienTech101. I'm not receiving an error message but it shows that obi wan, anakin, dooku, and grievous are all locked same with all my skins and star cards. Along with my weapons, challenges and credits. If you find a solution please let me know as for I have put 4 years into this game and would hate to lose it all.

You can fix the problem on PC, just click windows, and turn off the PC, flip the power switch to OFF for about 16 minutes or so, sometimes longer, and restart Battlefront 2.
After that you will have all your stuff back in your collection, this worked for me aswell, alltho sometimes it happens again and you have to reset it and do it again.

Any fixes for Xbox?

Hi Ea. I am having the same issue with my levels for characters saved and that stuff, and my anakin, obi wan, dooku and grievous are all locked. I cannot upgrade or equip star cards. 

I play on XBOX. 

My EA ID is ROCKETZOMBIE77 (my username) 

I am not getting error messages. 

I am missing lots of progress such as star cards and (for some reason) locked characters as mentioned above. 

I am currently unable to add a screenshot/clip. 

Please fix this ASAP for all of us; me & ALL players having this same issue. 

Same here. All locked. All day for me. On Xbox x. Tried multiple Xboxes Xs, ones. Same issue. When logging on, Canceling sync from cloud worked temporarily.

Then I Tried deleting and redownloading everything. Same issue

For a while. I was able to load up a single player arcade mode. All my guns and cards would show up as unlocked. I would reselect them all. Then leave arcade go back to multiplayer and everything was unlocked again for multiplayer games and coop games. But after a hour or so. Everything would end up locked again

I would repeat the arcade thing. Buy now, This trick hasn’t worked anymore, the last few times I tried it

must be happening to alot of people today

Are you missing certain progress: Yes. General grevious,count dooku, anikan skywalker, obi wan kenobi, and Landon’s millennium falcon are locked everything else is locked and gone except for levels,rank, and milestones however the items unlocked are locked

EA please restore mine and everyone else’s progress ASAP
