Cant equip nothing

I was able to get all my unlocks back by fully reinstalling the game on Steam.

Unfortunately, after taking a break from the initial session where I had all my unlocks, the next session I started returned me to the same state of no card/weapon progress.

So even the workaround being shared by players in-game -- reinstallation -- doesn't actually solve this issue permanently.

I lost all my cards, as well as the characters: Grevious, Obi-Wan, Dooley, Anakin. On Xbox One S. User: TW1ST3R#4598. Very frustrating that this issue is still ongoing.

• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? All star cards are gone along with any earned appearances, voice lines, and weapons. Also anakin, Obiwan, Grievous, and Dooku are no longer playable but all characters are still at the level I played them up to. All my credits and diamonds are also gone. Please fix this issue or just give us a new battlefront like we’ve all been asking for a decade now
