Try This
1. Exit game and EA. 2. Reboot. 3. Delete Entire SWBF2 folder from Documents. 4. Reboot. 5. Launch Game. See if they came back.
Worked for me. Have to reset a couple cards, but it's all there.

What is truly frustrating is that I basically bought the game TWICE. I have the Celebration Edition. Also I have been playing for like five years. I remember though we had similar issues back then and a lot of bugs.
This issue is happening in real time. In other words while I'm playing the game. All appearances, emotes, cards were locked yesterday at 4:30pm. All my levels were there though. I got on at 1:30am and everything is seemingly fixed. All appearances, emotes, cards, levels were there and accounted for.
As I'm playing, things started to disappear. Only this time Characters were locked from one match to another. Cards are there but not working. All emotes and Appearances are there one match and the next locked. If I have a level 900 Vader, nothing should be locked. I'm on PC but I see it's happening across all consoles as well.
Something is seriously going on here that isn't funny. I'm beginning to think this game is being hacked at code level and it's kinda scary.
all i know is if it is someone sabotaging the servers... you wont stop me from playing and enjoying this game, i will grind it all again with a smile on my face.... haters....
@EA_IlliumHave you already done something on your side? Because yesterday I faced the same problem, but I went into the game right now and saw that all the cards were unlocked again (although I had to re-select them, since by default each class had an empty section with cards), the heroes are also available - I did not reinstall the game.
UPD: I started the game again, 5 hours later - the cards disappeared again, the heroes and weapons were blocked too ☹️
From what I have gathered from Reddit, we have nothing to worry about, our progress will come back. There have been similar errors before like this that were fixed and the players were compensated with an elongated event. The EA team said to a user they are working on a solution. I would say to all do not panic.
Update - I have lost all my progress again! Come on EA! Whats going on ?
All of my unlocks are back now, but I can't use any of my skill points to upgrade cards. I can unlock new ones, but it won't let me upgrade them at all..
