Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

Same here since yesterday evening and this morning my game progression is still lost ☹️

No error message

4 heroes are no longer unlocked, money reset to 0, my cards are no longer equipped and it's as if I had not unlocked them

/!\ the bug does not occur every time you connect to the game... it seems random and can occur between two games /!\

Hi! I have it slightly different. I had like a "first step" of this. I had 1st level cards on my charecters and than after restart all cards and progress are missing. Unforunatly I don't have saved screenshot of this state. I'll try to get one if I'll get a chance (I hope there will not be a chance for this).

4 heroes are no longer unlocked, my cards are no longer equipped, money reset to 0.

Same happened to me. It happened suddenly at the start of a new game once playing (weapons & cards got locked but the tokens - top right corner - stayed the same). Now it happens on every log in (cards & weapons locked except the tokens go missing as well). Troop level stays the same.

I have bought Battlefront 2 via Epic Games Store.

Also I found out that it won´t log me in automatically but I need to open the library tab on Epic Games Launcher, than click Log in and only after that it logs me in... But the cards & weapons are still missing.

So, after 6-7 restarts I have it all back. But it's second time I have it. And now I can't upgrade cards, but can open them.

I have no specific error message.

I've lost all my star cards, weapons and some heroes, but I've kept the character levels.

I also lost my virtual currency and my appearances on all the characters.
