Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

It has happend to everyone 😭😔 lost everything since day one there has bin no replys from ea yet 😢

• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Yes, I lose all of my boost cards,  and Dooku, Grevious, Anakin and Obi-Wan are locked as playable characters, I also cannot access Lando’s Millenium Falcon. I also lost my weapons and mods too.

No error Messages, however all the star cards are locked, like reset to beginning. All weapons are locked, so I can only use default. DLC heroes (obi-wan, Anakin, greivous, count dooku) are locked so can’t use them. All my Credits and Crystals are gone. That should be everything

I just loaded into my battlefront 2 game and I have lost all my credits and my unlocked collections. Is there an issues currently going on? My games loaded properly and EA account is connected properly. Can someone help me. I haven’t found an answer on here and I can’t seem to find where to contact someone directly. It’s a loop and no solution.

• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Yes I have been playing since day 1 of this games release and now it's saying I haven't unlocked anything. My levels for my heros are still there alongside my levels for anything else even my rank is max at 50 and my milestones are saved.

i got it back than lost all prgores credits crystals cards again when i got it back i wont able to select cards now everything is gone again @EA_Illium 

Yup I have the problem to but my sister seemed to get her progress star cards weapons and skins unlocked again. Yet I have still have nothing

they dont care about the game and players sadly we just wait for some miracle to happen and get back our progress
