Same issue, Xbox One S. C’mon EA. Of all the days this happens on May 4th? Plz get it figured out. I’m very disappointed.

Grevious, obi, Ani, and duk are locked, can't use my star cards, can't unlock or pick weapons
I got on, played one match and then all my stuff got locked and reset. I changed my password, unlinked and re linked my ea account to PS, then deleted my save data and went in. All my stuff appeared and I thought it was good. Still noticed my officer was leveled and couldn't get star cards even tho I had the skill points. Played 2 games and then the reset happened again, and now I can't equip any weapon or choose those characters/star cards
Weapons also didn't drop the crate you need to open to get the weapon, I have 2 weapons I should have and have the kill requirements for but there crates didn't drop

You can fix the problem on PC by turning off the PC, and then switching the power switch to OFF for about 16 minutes or so, maybe it can be the same for Xbox or Playstation by turning it off, and unplugging the power cable and resetting the wifi.
For me personally this worked and i have no further issues, i hope this helps annyone who sees this comment that has the same issue. - @Kairogan18 I have just finished a few matches, and have lost all my star cards again!!!!!!!!! Some characters have locked again. But still have credits and shards.
This is very frustrating!!!! I even restarted my console twice and disconnected from the Internet this time and nothing has resolved!!!! its the w/e, EA laid off all its develoeprs and staff long ago (over 1 year ago) for BG2. EA just laid off a lot of folks from other IPs. Something says this isn't gonna be any day soon.
Almost forgot, the game got hacked earlier last week and was never patched. So brew some coffee kids and play some other non EA games tonight.
