Nothing really new, but it shows how this BUG is not 100% consistent, as sometimes it does work. But many times it doesn't work, and it seems to be related to the distance between the target and you.

This BUG is still an issue after the Chosen One update (02/27/19)
Also @DYSPROssium , I mentioned Palpatine's Lightning attack not following a previously targetted enemy as fixed, but it turns out this bug was reintroduced in the chosen one update, and I opened a report for it: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Palpatine-s-Lightning-Attack-Tries-to-Travel-back-to-the-Last/m-p/7597934
I can confirm this is still happening 01-03-2019 in arcade and in multi-player.
The repulsor is very obviously broken for a long time now, could we please get a fix for this? I know no one is using the ability anyway, but that shouldn't mean it can be left broken.
I used to use it more than any other card! My favorite card by far before it was broken!
This is still happening in arcade. Shots do often not connect and when the first shot doesn't connect, the second one always will (doesn't matter if shot somewhere completely off).
I can confirm this is still the same, not much changed here!
