[Resolved] SWBF II Missing Progress After May The 4th Update

Good, Morning!

We are currently aware that players are reporting logging into the game and running into a few issues with blocked players, and missing progress within the game.

We have the appropriate teams looking into this and we are trying to get everything back up and running as quickly as we can.

We have posted an update on this Here! 👇

Once we have more updates, we will let everyone know on the official EA Help Channels, and post an update here as well!

    RESOLVED - Accepting As Solution For Visibility Purposes

    Hey Everyone, 

    We have recently made some changes, and I wanted to check with everyone in this thread if you could try restarting your game and checking if your progress has been restored.

    What platform are you on? All the progression is tied on our server not something you can remove unless you unlock your accounts. @Smus_06

    @EA_Aticyes i had forgotten about that i couldn't get my old account back so i had to make a new one last year and so does that mean i can not be helped?

    Yeah if you unlink your account you will loss all progresses, if you link it back your progress might come back. @jaxedoval

    Same issue here. Just moved and reinstalled Battlefront II. Some of my characters are their normal level. However my heavy, infiltrator, officer and specialist have both been reset to 0 and all my heros have been reset to 0.

    All their stats/cards are locked as well, like I've never played them before.

    What's the fix to this, because obviously it's not my side.
