Rewards not letting you claim them!

Summarize your bug There are a number of the trooper challenges I have completed but then when I go to claim the reward it won't let me, just the "X CLAIM REWARD" greyed out even though it shows it as fully complete. Hold the Enemy Back, EL-16HFE TARGET PRACTICE, and FWMB-10K TRAINING SESSION are all effected under the troopers section. Also in Hero Challenges it is the same with WHEN IT COUNTS. There are lots of challenges I still have to unlock but I don't want to keep putting in all the effort with a sub par gun and then not get the upgrade to make it better!
