A year after release and the forums say the games rating is still pending.

Wow. I never noticed that.
Maybe try reporting a bug to EA?
I have no idea if they are the right people to contact.
Since this is not really a huge issue, maybe just wait for @EA_Barry or someone else at EA to respond.

You are welcome, but good job to @Creidim97 who spotted the rating problem. I would have never noticed that.
