I’m currently looking at a rig with these specs -
- i5-10400F
- 1650 Super
- 8GB RAM (looking to upgrade to 16GB)
This rig can definitely run Battlefront at 1080p, 60fps, but I’m curious - PC players, what’s your PC specs?

I customized this beauty from scratch in summer last year (one.de) as some kind of birthday present to myself he he.
I won't list the details about the processor cooler model etc. because I doubt it's really interesting.
A solid and efficient setup, not too expensive and without unnecessary high end stuff that isn't needed for gaming as it wouldn't really increase the efficiency at some point furthermore.
For the case I chose this model:
I really like it because of it's unobtrusive and classic design. Not some completely transparent or colour crazy stuff, just plain black with one side and one top window.
Also it was possible to integrate a CD/DVD drive which wasn't possible with most of the other cases that website offered. Due to the DVD drive issue it originally wasn't my first choice, though, as you can imagine, my first choice looked very similar in style.
@FearfulWarpIIGiving you another notification so you don't miss my case, see edited comment above.
PC circlejerking can be fun, right? xD
@FearfulWarpII Ok here's mine from my Lenovo computer:
intel i5-4570
Gt 1030
16gb ram
I know it's not that powerful but it makes up for it with the 16gb ram. At least, I can play Battlefront II at 1920x1080 at 30FPS and other games which is quite impressive for a thinkcentre PC.
When I will upgrade to my new computer this year at a Rosewill ATX case, my new specs will be the following:
-intel i7-9700
-GTX 1650
-16 or 32gb ram
Also, does anyone play CSGO in this section of the forums? Just curious!
@TRlALON Your PC is impressive, you must be very proud!🙂
Here's my Lenovo PC:
And here's my new ATX case that I will use to upgrade:
For the LOLs I tried to run the game on...
Ran like trash
Then came along a Dell (laptop, currently using but not to play BF2)
I tried to optimize it based off tuts online but it didn’t work... and I don’t want the game to look like a pixel-fest
My cousin runs on
It framedrops every now and then but it plays well at 1080
Hopefully by this year I can take the plunge and invest in an actual gaming rig that handles the game well instead of my low-power laptops.
@FearfulWarpII I'm actually planning to upgrade to a GTX 1650 standard model. It is a GDDR5 model. It will be enough for me to run games like Battlefront II at incredible high FPS.
As for the GT 1030, I think the reason why it runs the game easily is because it exceeds the memory requirement and because of its memory. However, if I had 8gb ram, maybe the game will have suffered from lags and fps drops to 20 or lower than that.
Also, concerning GT730, I'm not sure but you do a quick search on the web for it, I'm sure you'll find the answer for it!
