Since reporting a cheater via EA APP does nothing

Here is a cheater that some people in my lobby bumped into multiple times. Ruined the whole lobby, blatantly cheating, never being punished, hopefully my report of his ID on EA APP and this VIDEO PROOF is enough to get this nut sucker perma banned off the game. THANKS
