Slow internet connection might affect your gameplay

Does someone know how to fix this, I tried every method you could think about and I'm still getting this message in game, it's not due to my internet, my internet is great and I also use wired connection, ethernet cable is directly plugged into my PC and still nothing. The game is unplayable like this, the game rubberbands me every 10 seconds, keeps pushing me back and I keep dying due to being unable to escape a certain situation, that literally makes every multiplayer mode unplayable. I tried restarting my router, using different kinds of VPNs, ping sites, I even tried to put battlefront ports directly to my router, so that he instantly responds. Is something else the problem, or are EA servers just bad?
