Sniper Zoom Problem

GeneralSummarize your bug When playing as Sniper with any sniper weapon and dual zoom as attachment, it happens quite often that I am not able to switch the zoom mode. The game does not recognize the weapon attachment. When trying to switch between zoom levels, my character will only perform a melee attack instead of switching zoom modes. The bug sometimes goes away without me changing anything. If not I have to disable and reattach the dual zoom perk on the weapon before re-spawning.What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? borst_oneHow often does the bug occur? Getting something similar on a PS4. When using the scope on the sniper weapons when trying to change zoom levels it sometimes does a melee strike instead. The zoom does appear to change when return to the scope view but the melee strike messes up your positioning and interrupts sighting. I haven't found a way to escape the melee strike bug until I respawn.

Yep, I've had this happen about 50 times, the only way to fix it is for your character to die and restart, or to quit the game and restart.

I don't think EA are going to bother fixing this, it's been happening for months now.

Lots of people reporting this in various threads.&nbsp; I've noticed that this almost always happens to me after dying while in scrambler infiltration mode.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Yeah, I'm having the exact same issue.. I also noticed that on some occasions, I am actually not even able to melee.. so both the zoom and melee functions just randomly stop working, then randomly start working again. I tried clearing the keybind and re-adding the keybind when the problem occurs, but it did nothing.
