Solution to alt+tab/winkey freezing

It turns out that my problem wasn't related with the new patch. The problem was related to fullscreen mode.

The problem is this: If I click the windows key or the alt+tab keys, when I go back to the game, it freezes after 2 seconds approx. And even if I do this only once, the next times I open the game the issue is still there and I have to reinstall to get rid of the issue (until I go to desktop with the game running and the problem starts again).

Luckily I found a solution browsing the forums, and it is as simple as setting borderless window mode in video options. Just that. Crazy right *?
