Yes, it is broken and completely useless now. Very sad considering it was literally my all-time favorite star card in the game! Most of my YouTube channel (XP-8 TIM) was dedicated to getting hilarious kills with this thing before it stopped working. EA, please fix my favorite star card!

As of August 7th 2019 the Repulsor Cannon's first shot is still not working. The first shot rarely if ever causes damage.

    It never really did much damage. It's supposed to knock people down. Does it still not do that?

      Still the same as always. My video on it is still up to date. Nothing has changed.

        Another update and still no fix. It's almost laughable that they will spend time fixing a hero's eye color, but will not fix an issue with gameplay. It's always heroes, heroes, heroes....
