Star cards not unlocking

Summarize your bug So when I try to unlock a star card, it doesn’t go through? Like it would say unable to purchase, you were not charged. Please fix?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to unlock a star card for a hero or someone
What happens when the bug occurs? It would just be loading for a while then back out and say it didn’t unlock and I have to do it again.
What do you expect to see? The star card to be ulocked
