- @EA_David Same issue here too. I am at work now so cannot post screenshot but noticed earlier today when I was trying to upgrade a star card for the "Fighter" ships that I had all the requirements and parts and all the boxes were filled in like I've met the requirements, but the "Upgrade" option (square button on PS4) was grayed out.
And I don't know if it matters but I've had the requirements fulfilled for quite some time. Probably over a month.I seem to have this issue as well.Card level 18. Rank 16. 150 parts. Cannot upgrade any of my green cards to blue for starfighters.
- Interesting my issue was with going from green to blue also. In the starfighter class. I think I was trying to upgrade the laser barrage card.
I have the issue as well (since at least 4-5 days ago) on Xbox One. Trying to upgrade Officer cards having reached level 10. The prerequisites are both checked by the upgrade button is greyed out.
I also have the issue of being unable to claim rewards that is identified in another thread.
All of these occurred since reaching level 10.
- Super annoying. I have this issue plus the bug where you can’t claim rewards. I decided to give the game a second chance and now I can’t get the rewards or upgrade cards despite meeting requirements. Please fix. XBOX ONE X. Rebooted everything.
