Star Wars Battlefront 2 - Can't get it to play on my PC

I've done everything I can to try and make Star Wars Battlefront 2 playable on my PC, but every fix does nothing. I've contacted EA several times, creating help desk tickets and various forums to try and resolve the problem. Every time I am either not contacted or met with the same * I have been told over and over. Nothing fixes it, and no its not my PC. Every other game runs fine but this one. And I can't get a refund on a $40 game? Give me a break. Do better for your future customers, you've lost one here. Horrible customer service, I called and was met with a hello, then they hung up and didn't attempt to reach out anymore. A client shouldn't have to go through this much troubleshooting and * just to be able to play a game they spent $40 on.

    Is your main objective at this point to play the game or get a refund?

    • If to play the game, you'll want to describe what steps you took. "I've done everything I can" won't get you far.
    • If to get a refund, only EA support can do that - i.e. no one in this user forum. They very likely will not give you a refund if you've already played the game.
