I pre-order star wars battlefront 2 from gamestop and I got a beta code and a code for master yoda lightsaber. But I put the beta code in. But ? Can it be available rite there to download and get it ready or do u gotta wait October 4th to able to install. Cuz some said that it won't be available to download until October the 4th. Is that true ?

We are investigating this, so please just hold onto your codes for now. EDIT: There is a workaround that may help for some users. Ensure your Xbox is set as your home console and is connected to the internet, then log into account.xbox.com.Then take the following text string and replace the XXXXX sections with your code: account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX&ref=AccountMicrosoftCom Enter this in your URL bar and hopefully the code will go through. PS4: UPDATE: Players who have redeemed codes should be able to download now. Check your store for the Beta. Origin: Some users who pre-ordered from the store during a certain period might not have automatically gotten in. @diablohunter117 Hey, as far as I'm aware there isn't a pre-load for the Beta but I'll try to confirm this, or get timing on a pre-load. EDIT: Yes I got confirmation on this. Those with Pre-orders can download from when the Early Access opens upFolks without a pre-order can download from when the Beta opens for everyone. Thanks!

I Pre ordered a while ago and redeemed my code a few days ago, but i cant download the beta from the PS4 store, it says i don't have the game. I'm in Australia if that helps.

Same problem here (UK). Got my code from Amazon, entered it in the PS Store, got a message "your promotion has been redeemed "No option to download the beta. If I search the beta it says I can't download because I don't own Battlefront 2.

Folks without a pre-order can download from when the Beta opens for everyone.

Hi, I am writing from germany. Have got the early access-code from amazon. have redeemed the code, but nothing happens. have officially "bought" the beta ( for 0 Eur) but cannot download anything. Also it is not shown in my library as "bought". It is "invisible"! My fault or .... what can I do?

I pre-ordered on October 2, 2017. 13:11 UTC.
I checked the library, I have the game, which I can't play until November 14, 2017. But no BETA.

Hi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps.

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/

Select Help with a game

Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it.

Scroll down and choose Contact Us

Choose your platform

Select Codes & Promotions

Select Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate.

On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand.

Follow the remaining steps as directed.
