Same problem here (UK). Got my code from Amazon, entered it in the PS Store, got a message "your promotion has been redeemed "

Same problem here guys. I'm in Italy and I pre-ordered the game on Amazon about a month ago ( PS4 ); received the code on 9/29 and redeemed it on the same day, but today nothing happens. Please fix this problem.
