I've been getting mixed reports on how successful it is. Nevertheless, we're still investigating the main issue.
Xbox One user here, work around is not working for me. Says "We couldn't find your code." Pre-Ordered the deluxe edition at gamestop September 20th. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." Emailed EA and hour and a half ago, no response. What am I missing here? I've been waiting all week for this
I've emailed EA and had 4 different codes sent through but not one of them worked, just going to have to wait it out and hope they fix the issue before I email them again.

I am having problems downloading the Beta. I have redeemed the codes yesterday, and the Beta is either downloading, or is available on PSN. I appreciate anyone who can help me with this.
