Community AdminFor anyone trying to use the email method to get your pre-order code, if email isn't an option make sure to change your region to the US. You can change your region by clicking the flag icon in the top right of the ea help page, then choose the US towards the top.
I bought the code at GameStop in July, but when I try to redeem the code on Xbox One, I get the same error "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." When I try the workaround, I get "We couldn't find your code." Should I get a replacement code, or are they all not working?

- I had the same error message for my Xbox one, but the new code that EA emailed to me has seemed to work.
well i did do the whole ea thing they said i should have access to download the beta i dont so im pretty miffed at the moment
also the replacment key doesnt work either
how should i mail and what should i put in it

- Help.ea.com webpage. Click ‘games’ in the top right hand corner menu. Select Star Wars battlefront II, and enter code issue.
I was then emailed a new code shortly after, which worked.The workaround never worked for me either. I contacted EA on the EA Help page and within minutes, I got a new working code.
