Star wars battlefront 2 beta code

So I pre-ordered the Elite Trooper Edition: Battlefront 2 from GameStop and received an emailed receipt for it. Apparently I was supposed to have a Beta Code along with the receipt and I've been told this by multiple Gamestops.

Unfortunately this is not the case with my receipt and I am having a ton of trouble with the costumer service, is there a way I can still receive my Beta code before the 1st of October? I really don't want to miss out and this has me stressed more than I expected to be.

    @Lunaris_The_Wolf Yes, Gamestop should be able to assist with this. You may have done so already, but if not can you double check your spam/trash folders in case the Beta code was filtered out?


    Did you order online or in a store? If the latter, perhaps the store can cancel and re-process your pre-order?

    I've seen quite a few people reporting that they got their Gamestop codes already, so I wouldn't stress too much. Perhaps there's just a bit of a backlog and there's almost a week before the Beta Early Access goes live. 

    Thanks for the post, any information about potential Beta issues helps.

    @Sh4rpshooter59 Interesting, thank you for the post. 

    I take it the Beta isn't in your My Games and Apps?

    If not, please request a code using the following steps: 

    1. Set your country to United States using the pull-down menu at the top right of the screen. 
    2. Click Contact us.
    3. Pick A game when we ask what you need help with.
    4. Use search and choose Star Wars Battlefront II as your product
    5. Select your platform.
    6. Choose Codes and Promotions as your topic, then Invalid Code as your issue.
      • If you’re playing on PlayStation 4, make sure you choose the correct region from the list.
    7. Fill in your details on the form, then click Email us.

    I bought the battlefield 2 deluxe edition last month and never received a code for myself. Just a code for a friend. I contacted the microsoft store which i bought it through and they cancelled my old order and "refreshed" with a new one today, only to find out that i wont be getting early access anyway since I would have had to preorder last month. The EA support email hasn't been helpful. Can i still expect a code?

    I type in the code from game stop and it accepts it then shows what it is then ask to continue then I continue then error come up saying the ps network card number has be used (wc-40372-6) I thought code was bad so I got a new code and same thing I took pictures and u can see the steps I did and the code error like what's going on? I got one more day left to play beta and I Really wanna play it bit won't le t me download it. I thought I did the code back in Aug but never downloaded anything idr but I haven't got any emails like cod did there's I just went and typed the code off the receipt but I just did it today and tryed again with another code. Is it the code I used in Aug worm and the new codes won't cause I already have it or what? Just please help I really been wanting to play this and been waiting years since the last battlefront 2 for ps2 came out to play a good new battlefront. So please help me or tell me what to do I only got 2 hrs til beta goes offline until game comes.
