Star wars battlefront 2 co op split screen not starting

I play Star Wars Battlefront 2 on Xbox One and i can't play the co-op split screen. When i try to play it with my friends first while its loading the game it freezes and starts to make a weird noise. Then the screen goes black and the game just closes. I've tried to unplug, restart update the game but still nothing. Can someone please explain what to do or what is even happening
