star wars battlefront 2 wont launch

need help trying to fix my star wars battlefront 2, i installed it and its not launching for some reason, i have it on steam, and i also have origins installed as well. when it launches it just stops launching all of a sudden. i tried getting help from EA support. ive tried everything they have done but nothing works for some reason

    You called and talked directly with EA support?

    When people say "I've tried everything", usually they have not tried everything, if it's still not working. So, what exactly have you tried?

    Also, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report.

    ive tried, the run on admin, editing stuff, graphic card changes, reinstall, delete everything and reinstall all of it including steam, origin, and the actualy game, restarted my computer. but still it does the same thing, so after all of that they sent me here to get help
