@895867597 I checked your account and can see that according to the Xbox Gamertag site you Xbox Membership is Silver.
In order to play online you will need to have Xbox Live.

So now I have to go through Microsoft. Even though on my Xbox it shows I have gold Live? My account shows it is Gold?

The error asking you to get gold pops up now and again for some Xbox users and the quickest and easiest way to get it sorted is to contact Microsoft. They can look into your Xbox account and see if there are any issues.
i am pretty sure i am gold and i contacted microsoft and they weren't able to resolve my issue
