    Ok so I figured out a work around. What I did was start the game with an Xbox controller then as soon as it loads I unplug the controller and boom! It’s fixed.

    You mean you had both M&K and a Controller plugged and that made you get issues with controlling your character? Are there any remaining issues on your end?

    EA's Customer Support, at least for this game, is so keen on suggestion very time consuming and/or complicated troubleshooting procedures that more often then not don't solve anything. They aren't at all wrong in suggesting these, as they usually fix most issues. But this is Bugfront II we're talking about. The game is full of BUGs that are the game's fault, so it doesn't matter changing connection properties, messing with permission/compatibility options, repairing/reinstalling the game when it's the development's fault.

    I've been here in this forum for a long time, and lack of control in game, sometimes with weird movement glitches, like spinning in circles, being forced to look into one direction, having your sight reset every second to a specific spot even if you move your camera, not being able to turn more then a specific angle without the game cancelling your movement, and things like that, is usually associated to one of 2 things:

    - Either you have peripherals that are messing with your game's input logic. Virtual Input methods could also trigger this AFAIK. So unplug anything that isn't your Mouse and Keyboard, and also be sure you don't have virtual controllers setup or any hardware emulation either, then open the game;

    - Or you have a Gaming Overlay enabled, which Battlefront II doesn't like. The most notorious is Discord's Gaming Overlay, but any other could be the culprit as well, including Origin's own Origin In Game. So disable Discord's gaming overlay, also disable Origin In Game, and if you use any other software that has overlays, try to disable them as well, or just don't launch these apps when you want to play this game, then open the game.

    Many people came with this issue in the past and most were able to fix it using one of these 2 methods. I hope they work for you. And for simpler solutions, try coming here in AHQ first, as you can find fellow players that might know better about how to workaround the countless issues in this game. You can PM me if you want as well, that's more reliable then tagging me as for some reason I get no notification when someone tags me.
