I’ve had the exact same issue with my XBox game. It saves accomplishments but not the campaign or arcade. I must restart every time. I had to play the whole campaig in one sitting just to make it to the end.

I have the exact same issue with my PC game. It saves accomplishments but not the campaign. I must restart every time. It does not save the graphic settings neither. I opened a ticket with them and have not received any answer. It has been 2 weeks. Not a good service.
