Star wars battlefront not launching

just fixed my issues did everything on this microsoft forum but think i just needed the 2010 version of C++

ive already done all that and it still wont load my msvrc file isnt missing ive reinstalled all the c++ ive reinstalled direct x and net frame work still wont open only bf2 every other game works fine. id love for them to explain how they make a game and it cant even run on their own launcher
maybe doing something like this helps:
