i hate the EA app and you cannot talk to anyone that works there. there is not ticket support. there is no action that you can take. your game can randomly stop working and there is literally nothing...
Many companies, not just EA, have moved to support that is not "talking" support. EA does have chat support. See this. Some support features are available certain times of day.
