steam ea login error PLEASE HELP

anytime i go to play battlefront 2 it automatically logs me into my friends account that i never had access to, and cant log out whenever i try to link my EA to my steam it says Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account jolly lhie already linked to your EA Account for ag*****@gmail.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime. Anytime i logout of his EA and login to mine it doesnt stick. im really clueless on this error please help.
