stuck on Battlefront 2 loading screen :(

hi so i bought ea play from steam and download battlefront 2 and launched it and stuck on the infinite loading screen i look through some soluations but none of them work for me i download it 3 times...

    @bruhPug you playing with Dx11 or 12? Seen reports of slow loading times with using DX12.

@emrzc is loading the game first time or is it joining a match?

What suggestions have you tried?

@EA_Atic  So I think I may be having the same issue as the person you were replying to and so far I've found nothing that solves my issue. Mine is with launching the game first time. Once I load up the game I'm stuck on the same loading screen and it won't pass. This is on the Steam version of the game and I know it doesn't have to do with my specs or anything like that. I'm kinda desperate for a solution here...
