Stuck on "Optimizing Shaders" in the loading screen after new update.

I have tried and repaired my game (didn't work) and I have tried just waiting for it to load (which hasn't after a couple of hours). I am not sure what to do as of now. Perhaps it has something to do...

@drowsy1234 8GB RAM is too low for a gaming rig. I have an rx 580 8GB with 16GB RAM and playing this game almost always consumes about 9GB of RAM. I can also play with DX12 no problem. So it's not as much a memory leak as it is low RAM to begin with. Also, RAM prices are ridiculously low these days. Might be worth upgrading.

I have 32 GB of memory, Ryzen 2700x and a 1080TI now so no worries 🙂
