Yes, this issue seems to be independent from the settings you choose.

The option to turn it on is located in the graphics settings. But I wouldn't recommend to use it personally, since it can cause all kinds of issues and even crash your system in some cases.

Where do I find it? I don't see it.
- Are you using Windows 10? If not DirectX12 won't be available.
I attached a screenshot of where it should be if you're using Windows 10.
Still no reply from DICE! Come on guys at least acknowledge the bug!
- Plz EA , if u guys could at least pass this bug onto DICE I would greatly appreciate it. This bug is actively ruining my game and to hear acknowledgement that it is being looked into will feel great!
