the game shut down so i didn't get my reward
Hello.
I have been fighting to get Suprême Leader Kylo Ren for the past long while.
The last part where you have to get the 10 Ability Material Ultimate, an error occurs in the system. During one of the matches the game shuts down resulting in me only getting 9 of them. I can't get the tenth without support help. Can you do something about it?
