tried to play Supremacy, then galactic assault. Both games same issue.

just tried to play Supremacy, then galactic assault. Both games had the same issue where I was stuck at the squad spawn menu, and so was everyone else. Is anyone going to resolve this? what's going on here this game has had so many issues like this in the past scumbags ruining everyone else's fun and EA taking ages to do something about it.
