Same here.. 26/27 on career menu, and 25/26 in the multiplayer career menu.

I have the same issue, on the milestone ''A TREMENDOUS SERVICE'' it says 25/26 completed even though I have done all the challenges required, does anyone know a fix?
I cant claim it as well. I completed all milestones yet it still says this.

Me too. I'm relatively certain I know what's doing this. The milestone "Aggressor" auto-completed on a lot of people's accounts, only it didn't count toward "A Tremendous Service". You'll need to play more Starfighter Assault to win on all 5 maps. Not confirmed, because I still haven't won as the attacker on one of the maps yet.
I confirm this, I was stuck at The Agressor at 3/5 because it is a buggy milestone, just like its brother The Defender, though the first one unlocked itself automatically when I was still at 3/5, so I took the credits ofc, but now I will not be able to unlock A Tremendous Service which is stuck at 21/26 even though I only have 4 milestones remaining, including The Defender of course, even though I won at least once as a defender on every map.
Having the same problem on the Xbox One X so def not a platform issue. While the counter does say 25/26 and not 25/27 (which would indicate that it counts itself) I have completed and redeemed every challenge on the page but one of those apparently haven't been counted as completed. No idea whatsoever as which one it might be. Maybe the Aggressor, but that would've been completed by now anyway. Hope this gets fixed asap. Pretty annoying to have 500 crystals just sitting there staring at you.
This is the most game-breaking, irresponsible bug I have ever seen. I am desperate to like this game, and I'm still having trouble doing so. Can you imagine if the "MUT Master" challenge in Madden couldn't be completed? People would be storming the gates.
You seriously have about 5 days to fix this before I stop playing and stop defending this game to all my friends.
I HAVE CONFIRMED MY THEORY.
I finally got a win on "Unknown Regions" while playing as the attacker (the Resistance) and that gave me "A Tremendous Service" after the round.
This confirms my theory that the bugged milestones are keeping people from getting this.
The ones I know are bugged:
Aggressor
Defender
Disrupted Enemies
Just in Time

I am always experiencing this bug. 26/27 complete. Been trying to figure out which challenge isn't complete. Really wanted those crystals, too. ☹️
Im in the same boat. Spent hours trying to finish the Defender Challenge. After winning on Ryloth I was rewarded both Defender and A Tremendous Service at the end of the match, only to find out when I got back to the main menu it hadn't been recognized. I know I've completed the Defender Challenge at least 2-3 times over. This game is disappointing me more and more everyday.
Same as everyone else, on PC, I got all multiplayer milestone complete but it won't give me : A tremendous service.
