I can duplicate the bug.
Wont even take account of kills or event taken part in as well. I played the star ship fighting thingy and not got participation in event
This is probably related to the same bug that is not tracking kills/rounds for the TLJ Starfigher assault challenges.
Same for me with "Officer Kills" reward, it's completed but I can't claim the reward or use the unlocked weapon it should give me. The next reward in that line shows I have 64 kills so it has counted the ones I got to get to 50. It just doesn't let me claim that on this reward and potentially others.
When I started playing the game this morning (UK time) I did manage to claim a reward for Arcade mode and get the first unlocked weapon for the Heavy class. However when I came back to the game in the afternoon I've been unable to claim weapon unlocks or any other rewards on the Officer class.
Same for me. Sad thing is that S5 upgrade could've been the start of a beautiful Blurgg free existence for officer kind. Oh well.
There's no doubt that EA/DICE disabled rewards on purpose. I bet this is going to be their new monetization plan. Earn rewards by playing but you have to pay real money to unlock it. So typical of EA. This is basic software QA to avoid issues like this. To release an update and completely disable the rewards system is nothing but blatant stupidity on EA's part.
Of course server maintenance, but yet no fix for milestone rewards. Seems about par for the course.
Having same issue with Officer S-5 gun. Shows 50/50 kills, and is highlighted in milestones, but the claim reward button is greyed out.
