The same thing happened to me with the 400 officer kills and the IQA-11 training session. But it happened on my playstation 4, have you fixed it? if so please tell me how and if not we should talk to the developers or people working on the game to fix it. Because it kind of makes me not want to play the game

Same here!

Can't claim "NT-242 training session" and the timed challenge "Don't get mushy" doesn't work for me at all.
