Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Cannot claim sniper for 50/50 specialist kills jellyfishluv621 is the sign on. Pretty annoying if you ask me. Been over a month no solution. I may ask for a refund if it lasts. I only want to play specialist.

Of course server maintenance, but yet no fix for milestone rewards.   Seems about par for the course.

    Having same issue with Officer S-5 gun. Shows 50/50 kills, and is highlighted in milestones, but the claim reward button is greyed out.
